Positions:
Customer Care Administrative Assistant
Minimum
three years experience in a successful customer service environment
or call center. Exceptional knowledge of the various components
of Microsoft Office XP Professional.
An
always friendly and helpful professional attitude and a keen interest
in serving the Customer required. We promote a Disney-like focus
on the Customer and Cadillac quality.
A
pleasant and soothing telephone voice. Ability to handle repeated
telephone calls in a most professional manner and treat each caller
as someone special. High level of patience and tolerance for anxious
callers.
Ability to learn and understand the idiosyncrasies of many (60+)
different Clients including their particular rules and regulations.
An
ability and proven know-how to 'WOW' our Customers and provide them with the very best
of attentive, compassionate and caring service.
Ability
to competently handle multiple projects with interruptions. Ability
to compose correspondence and accurately process 75 words per minute.
Other requirements include high personal moral standards and unquestionable
personal integrity.
Educational
preferences include an Associates degree or equivalent experience
and professional training in principles of Customer Service. Position
reports to the Manager, Customer Service.
Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Salary:
$23,000 - $28,000 depending on experience

Director of Accounting
Minimum
5 years accounting experience in a community association management
company. Requires an exacting attention to detail, familiarity with
property-based accrual accounting systems - specifically, Skyline
v3.6 and Skyline II experience required - and thorough understanding
of fund accounting. Lotus and Excel familiarity should be second-nature,
and familiarity with Windows XP Pro and Microsoft Office XP Professional
and Novell networks a must.
You
will be required to supervise and coordinate accounting staff, ensure
accuracy and productivity, and direct and control workloads while
maintaining strict time lines in producing accurate and timely financial
reports, accurate data entry of invoices, tracking of major capital
projects and contract pay-outs, maintenance of journal entries and
processing payables checks. Should be prepared to reconcile numerous
bank statements and close the financial periods of multiple properties
per month on schedule. This is a working supervisor position.
Other
duties include coordinating the annual budget and coupon ordering
process, implementing special assessments, developing requests for
proposals for significant bank loans, maintaining close working
relationships with Board Treasurers, banks, independent auditors
and financial planners, and maintaining Company books, receivables
and payables, and payroll.
Familiarity with training of inexperienced Board members in principles
of accounting a plus. Close interaction with Clients is a daily
routine that must be handled with the utmost of care, consideration
and understanding. Other requirements include high personal moral

$50,000 to $55,000

Multi-site Community Manager
Minimum
five years experience in the local condominium management market.
Thorough knowledge of the Illinois Condominium Property Act, the
Illinois Not-For-Profit Corporation Act, interpreting Balance Sheets
and Income Statements, researching and assembling annual budgets
and financial forecasts including the integration of reserve studies
into annual budgets required.
Proven
ability to bid, manage and control minor and major building and
grounds renovation projects; perform weekly inspections of managed
Communities; write comprehensive management and other reports; provide
Boards of Directors with innovative ideas and solutions; interact
well with Board Members, Owners, professional advisors, contractors
and public officials. We promote a Disney-like focus on the Customer

Other
requirements include high personal moral standards; unquestionable
personal integrity; attendance at night-time Board meetings; the
ability to speak in public; remain objective on issues of debate;
maintenance of a professional demeanor and composure; a friendly,
helpful and trusting attitude; good computer literacy; and desire
to maintain professional certifications by means of outside seminars
and training programs.
Bachelor's
Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. Preference also given
to those certified as CPM, ARM, CMCA, PCAM.
Our
Flexible Shared-Revenue Salary Program allows earning potential
limited only by your capabilities and level of organization. Position
reports to the Director of Operations.
Salary:
$40,000 - $100,000+ depending on portfolio size and experience
